From Denver/Colorado Springs:
Take
I-25 south to exit 52 in Walsenburg, Colorado. Travel west for 11 miles on U.S.
160, then 15 miles southwest on State Highway 12.
From Santa Fe, NM:
Take Highway 68 north to Taos, then continue traveling north on Highway 522/159
to Fort Garland, Colorado. Turn right on U.S. 160 and travel east for 45 miles.
Take State Highway 12 and drive 15 miles southwest.
From Wichita, KS:
Take Highway 54/400 west to Dodge City, then continue traveling west on Highway
400/50 to La Junta, Colorado. Travel southwest on Highway 10 to Walsenburg, then
11 miles on U.S. 160, and 15 miles southwest on State Highway 12.
From Amarillo, TX:
Take Highway 87 northwest to Raton, New Mexico. Travel north on I-25 to
Walsenburg, Colorado. Travel west for 11 miles on U.S. 160, then 15 miles
southwest on State Highway 12.
